  Very poor management. About 2-3 weeks ago I booked the "couples workshop" and planned it as a cute date night the night before valentines day. When arriving the Manager took care of the people who walked in after me and my partner first. As we were waiting we removed shoes/coat/ect and she watched us just to turn us away because I did not call before to let them know I would be bringing a second person to a COUPLES class. There was no where stating I had to call. She later stated that she sent a blast email (I did not receive an email) and made a post on social media which I don't use often. I was obviously upset and stated I will probably be canceling my membership because of this situation. I later received and email stating she could give me an "extra" credit, meaning the credit I had just lost on that class and that if I would like to cancel my membership just let her know so she can start the 30 day process. I asked if i could transfer to a different studio, she said no. I asked if I can just cancel without the 30 days, she said no. The manager took zero accountability and refused to find a solution. For 230 dollars a month I expect better. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location.

  Such a wonderful community here! The variety of classes is amazing and the instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and inclusive. I always book with Wendy and Kaylen! They will challenge you every time!

  It was crowded at the entrance of the studio and space was limited. It is a very small area. The class was very organized. The instructor was very clear with her instructions. She was also helpful to those who needed help. I enjoyed the class very much but it is out of my price range at this time. I also find the sign up fee to be pricey.

  I absolute LOVE how I feel after a class with Diane. Her enthusiasm and energy keeps me motivated and engaged. Her classes are the highlights of my week!
