  Fantastic customer service once you find the office. There need to be signs to be able to find it. I had to ask an employee of another office where Quest was located. (The back entrance - opposite of the side of the building from route 31.

  Your Cicero location is absolutely horrible. You walk in the windows to the back all have privacy screens on them so you can’t see anyone. I waited in your lobby for over 10 min while I was forced to listen to your staff socialize I signed in , knocked on the window. No answer. Finally someone came to the door, she asked me if I was signed in?! I was the only one in the waiting room mind you. I told her I just need to know if I’m in the right place I’ve already waited 10 minutes and I have to pick up my child from school. I told her I just need containers and to know if I’m in the right location. Absolutely blew me off stating I would have to wait for another staff member. Absolutely poor customer service. The privacy windows are so uninviting. This staff memeber stated she is with a patient. The patient was nowhere to be found. Why is there privacy windows! Clearly the patient don’t sit in that room. I opened the door and seen a huge mess on the desk with personal items. I will never go back there again. Dirty place poor customer service and uninviting place overall. I literally told her I could hear them all socializing back there. Fix your place it’s horrible!!!

  Had a 7:10 AM appointment, arrived early and checked in on my phone, but the office never opened. I waited until 8:00 AM with no sign, no notice, and no one answering the phone. This lack of communication wasted my time and was very stressful and unprofessional.
