- PBpaula behmFeb 22, 20243.0In the beginning very good and personable, but today's experience when I asked Gary Morgan's new associate to not yell across the room to carry on a conversation while I was trying to relax while being treated...it was met with Gary saying that I was lucky to have been seen. Attitude is not welcomed in my world. Patience, kindness and an understanding while having PT that yelling back and forth and playing rock music loudly is not a relaxing environment. Maybe others are tolerant, but not me.
