He simply said " I'll make that call for you, it's our policy" After my husband had already called western union and spoke to someone 3 times. Let me add this was 40 mins before closing and he was training another employee. DJ not only made us feel as valued customers, he had to call back to ensure the transaction was processed correctly. Kinney Drugs and DJ are top notch in our book.
