Scheduled an appt for my mom, we waited for over 45 mins without anyone even cared to apologize for the wait, we filled all the paperwork but ended up leaving without getting anything checked. If this is the service to a potential new patient, I don't know how much worse it will get once we have already made the purchase there. I really have never experienced anything like this before, truly eye-opening.
