I wouldn’t have bought them because of the price, but the young woman who was working the booth had such a great personality and was so helpful that I decided to spend the money. It’s only been a couple days so I can’t give much of an opinion on the insoles yet, (I am loving the foot massager though) but you’re Employee’s name was Connie and she was from Dayton, Ohio. Connie really did her job and should be commended.
