  Northwell health is the worst facility I have ever deal with in these many years. Especially their customer service and patient complain handling is horrible. The doctor did not verify if I need certain lab test before ordering them and without notifying me. Their lab charge me enormous bills (which is higher than other facilities like Westmed). And their managers do not respond to your complains and send your bills to collections without any communication. Unacceptable! Will never come back and will let everyone I know to stay away from Northwell.

  Had an appointment for stress echo at this location. I showed up, 5 min later front desk lady comes and tells me nurse didn’t show we have to cancel your appt and they will call to reschedule. That was almost 2 months ago. Well… no one ever called me back to reschedule. Very dissapointing and unprofessional.
