  I have to use this lab through my wife's insurance who is a Northwell Employee and they literally don't allow you to go anywhere else but their own labs. I used this site once before and had no issues. My results were faxed to my doctor and everything was fine. This second time is an absolute nightmare. I had my blood drawn two weeks ago to the day and my doctor still doesn't have the results. My doctors office called and got nothing. I called three separate times and can't even get a call back. The process of getting the labs done was simple and everyone was nice, but there has to be some accountability or outreach on the part of the office to collaborate with patients. Ridiculous.

  Abysmally run facility. MD required a "first thing in the morning" appointment for pre-admission testing. 50 minutes later, still in waiting room. How can an office be an hour behind, within 30 minutes of opening? Indicative of poor management and operation. The hospital, itself, has acceptable care but sadly my family will be going elsewhere for treatment as this terrible location is their only pre-admission testing facility. There are plenty of other hospitals in Westchester. Avoid at all costs.
