I didn't realize that as my eyes change (I only started needed glasses in my 50s) it's harder to balance the reader and far sighted parts of the glasses so I was frustrated. They didn't make me feel as if I was being difficult. Marina remade the glasses until they were perfect. I'm very happy I was patient with the process. I would recommend this location.
