  I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jasmine the phlebotomist at my appointment today. I hate getting bloodwork done, and Jasmine made it such a pleasant experience. It was completely pain free, and she talked to me the whole time to distract me. She even had me laughing while there was a needle in my arm, hahaha. I can't speak highly enough about her. Thank you so much, Jasmine. Love, Stephanie Whaley Greenough!!!

  My mom had awful experience today doing her blood work with this lab associate. He used a very thick needle to her hand and he was pushing it strongly to her arm, she felt like he is putting a screw in her hand. My mom’s had immediately swallowed and I asked him for ice he said there is no ice here!! While, her vines are so visible. He said did she drink water today? I gave her water at the same moment he used a thin needle on the other hand and it was easy! He gave a lot of pain to my mom and made her bloodwork experience awful in Quest lab!!!

  I had to take my one year old to get bloodwork and Jasmine and Evan were incredible. Not only did they calm the baby and be able to find a vein they called my nerves! Highly recommend!

  I recently came here to get lab work done. It was my first time at this location. When I entered the building it was bit confusing to find Quest because it's within an urgent care. They have signs to guide you. The waiting area is super tiny. I recommend booking an appointment in advance on their website. Also, check in through your phone when you arrive at the lot. I was seen right away and was done with my visit in less than 20 minutes. The nurse was very nice. The facility and bathroom is clean. Overall , I would come here again.

  First time here no one at location except my husband and I. Gave 2 prescriptions for same blood work to tech Chris. Advised both Drs said only way they will both get results. She said very aggressively you need 2 appointments? I advised there is no one here can I do a walk in for 2nd appointment needed. Then she says you have balance of $61.00 from 2023 must be paid or will not draw blood! I advised this was incorrect she said won't draw blood. I fasted for this. I asked to speak to supervisor she said she just spoke to her she is out sick. She gave me her number I called no answer. I called Quest they were closed. I told her Nancy is not picking up she advised she will not answer until Monday. What a waste contacted my insurance they never received a bill for this!
