  I had a great experience at Catholic Health Urgent Care in Centereach. The staff was professional, kind, and very attentive from the moment I walked in. The wait time was reasonable, and the facility was clean and well-organized. The provider took their time to listen to mom concerns and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and cared for. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of quick and reliable medical attention.

  The doctor and the assistant was terrific. This urgent care office took better care of my son then his primary doctor. Even the receptionist was amazing. 10 out of 10 I recommend

  The front desk staff at this clinic was extremely rude. Margaret Verity greeted me with “What do you need?” instead of a friendly hello. She seemed annoyed from the moment I walked in and insisted that my referral only had two exams listed, even though I had three when I reviewed it. I even called my prior office to follow up, she had an attitude and poor customer service attitude. Before me leaving, I made clear to her that I wasn’t happy how she dealt with me. She gave me the fax number and told me to do it myself, which was very rude. I ended up leaving and decided I would find another office. I drove from one office to another bc of her rudeness, which was not nice for new patients or any patients for that matter. It was very upsetting bc I had a great experience with Dr. Subayya and his staff the first time I was here. Unfortunately, this time it wasn’t the same, and her approach to the situation made me not want to come back. She seemed to be shocked when I wanted to leave with her exactly knowing the reason from her introduction

  The medical assistant and MD were excellent in every way. Showed concern for my infection and they were prompt with treatment and made sure I was’nt in any distress during the lancing and cleaning of the wound. Am very grateful. Top of the line treatment
