Quick in and out, friendly staff

I called and made a formal complaint because the service I received at this location was horrible. I waited 40 mins after having a scheduled appt. Checked in on the kiosk, saw my name then it disappeared. No one was called for 20 mins, all you heard from the front was the staff laughing and joking around in the back while ppl were waiting. I thought they were moving so slow because it wasn’t enough staff- later found out that there were more than four staff back there. Saw them calling ppl who came in AFTER me so I spoke up and all the staff members were rude. The one with the short hair at least stopped when I addressed them, one of them walked away. Though she stopped she was still rude and basically insinuated that I didn't check in because “they didn’t skip anyone”, but told me to wait until she finished with the next patient. I already waited 40 mins why shall I wait another second when you’re calling other ppl right in front of me instead of prioritizing me 40 mins later? You can check the system to at min see that there is an appt scheduled for me at this location. No apology, no nothing? So I left and will be going to another location moving forward. I recommend you all do the same!

i don't particularly like a completely digital experience - there is no one readily available to help someone...also, there should be visitor guidelines for use of mobile device- it gets very disturbing while waiting, cause there are so many loud conversations going on...people are not courteous & they behave as if they are in their own homes... they need to be told to go outside for their loud distracting discussions, cause others don't need to be subjected to nonstop babble - YOU NEED TO PUT UP SIGNS!!! ..."REFRAIN FROM USING CELL PHONES"...."NO CELL PHONE ZONE"......."BE COURTEOUS - TAKE ALL CELL PHONE CALLS OUTSIDE!!!...."PLEASE TAKE YOUR CONVERSATIONS OUTSIDE"...."NO CELL PHONE USE IN WAITING ROOM-PLEASE TAKE YOUR CALLS OUTSIDE".....take your pick of my suggestions - it would really improve most peoples' experiences at your sites if there is common courtesy while waiting.......other than those 2 things, the lab tech was terrific all around...... okay, i'm done.

We had an appt and arrived 15 mins early. We did not get seen until 11:45 which was 30 mins after our arrival. We did not receive an apology from staff for the inconvience. The nurse who did my daughter blood work, was inexperience and caused my daughter great pain from the bruising of her vain. It was not a great visit.
