  I recommend Dr Kabra and Pondview Family Dental for any family looking for a new Family practice. My three boys and I switched to Dr. Kabra last year desperately iooking for a Dentist in East Greenbush that accepted my insurance . Which itself is a nightmare ... So glad to have found them. Quickly they got us all back on track and the results were obvious. Everytime we are in and out. Good luck and God Bless !!! David

  I have been going here for over 30 years!! I love Dr. Kabra. He is awesome! He is very quick but also thorough. I will go there until he retires!

  This dental office operates with a very outdated approach, and I would not recommend it. My mother visited and felt pressured by the dentist to receive silver fillings. When I followed up, I explained her concerns and asked whether it would be possible to switch to white fillings, which are more commonly used today due to growing concerns about mercury in silver fillings. Rather than having a professional discussion, the dentist became defensive and argumentative. He stated that he doesn’t allow patients to "dictate" his treatment, even though we were simply requesting a modern, widely accepted alternative. The office also still uses paper records, which may explain their reluctance to adopt current best practices. Medicine and dentistry are constantly evolving, and it’s disappointing to see a provider unwilling to keep up with advancements or accept patient input. A dentist who refuses to grow or consider feedback raises serious red flags.

  If I could give this place less than one star I would. Not only do they have zero consideration for patients who may have anxiety about going to the dentist, but they are solely concerned with the amount of money they can make off a patient, not the overall well being of a patient. When you call to make an appointment they demand your insurance information, and will not give you an appointment until they confirm what it covers. If you need an option such as a root canal they tell you "we're going to have to pull the tooth since your insurance won't cover it". They won't listen to payment discussions of out of pocket options, and discriminate against anyone who looks working class. I had high hopes for Dr. Kabra based on other reviews and I have been sorely disappointed by the treatment of him and his staff.

  I have been seeing Dr. Kabra for over twenty years and I cannot say enough good things. The entire staff, Dr. Kabra included, is extremely professional and courteous. I am able to contact him at all times if I have any dental problems and he will work with me. His dental work is always very thorough. I will continue to see Dr. Kabra and recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist!
