  i never leave bad reviews but i had a horrible experience here, the dentist was rude both times i had gone here, he also told me i needed to change my insurance? and said i needed a root canal which i did not need (i had half of a front tooth that had a 13 year old filling on it but it broke off), then proceeded to refer me to a dentist that doesn’t do emergency appointments and they tried to schedule out to DECEMBER!! (it was march) they also gave me wrong information to check out two other dentists that they said took my insurance when they in fact do not. i went to a completely different dentist (the one at the Leary office behind pizza hut) and they got me in 3 days later and immediately fixed my tooth. i personally did not like the experiences i had at this dentist and do not recommend.

  They got me in the office quickly for a dental emergency! The office is cozy and comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, all smiles! My appointment was fast and efficient, the dentist was quick, to the point, a little brisk but that seems to be my experience with most dentists! Overall my best experience with a dentist office, highly recommend!!

  I wouldn't waste your time here. Their web page says they take children and they don't unless they are over the age of 13. They are very rude on the phone over it and admitted to me that they've never even seen their webpage. And told me to take my daughter to Syracuse because he can't do a filling. Yet I took her brothers there at 9/10 years old and they pulled teeth. My friend's son also had teeth pulled there a few weeks ago at 10 years old so apparently they pick and choose what kids are worked on. I've also talked to another adult who said they pulled a good tooth instead of the bad one he went in for. I would stear clear of this place.

  Absolutely terrible. I called right after having a root canal done at the endodontist office, in early November and told them I would need to get in within 6 weeks. They said it was possible as long as the endo sent scans and whatever else they needed over. I called the endo the next day and let them know. A few days later they sent everything they needed. Called long falls again, and they claim they didn’t receive anything. Called endo, they said they sent it. So they resent it. This went on for a month. Endo also contacted them to confirm if they’ve received it when sent. I called days later to try setting up appt for my crown, and they claimed again they didn’t receive anything. each time I’ve tried contacting them they were very rude.
