- LWLori WheelerMay 26, 20241.0Very undependable My prescriptions have not been life-threatening, but if they were, I wouldn’t depend on these guys Ii will get text stating my Rx is ready I will get there and it’s not or I will be told need prior auth. Several times I will call to see if they have my prescription. They will tell me yes that I called to see if they have it already. They’ll tell me if they don’t have a prescription. I have been there a couple years and it’s always the same problem . Very undependable I am now done !!!!!!!!
