- MMMelvin MedinaNov 6, 20252.0I’ve been a regular member at this Planet Fitness for several months. At first, things were great, but over time, one employee’s behavior became increasingly unprofessional — including slamming doors and other distracting actions during my workouts. Tonight, that same employee, apparently off duty and with a male companion, engaged in inappropriate gestures toward me in the stretching area. This violates the gym’s “No Intimidation” policy and creates an uncomfortable environment. Planet Fitness promotes a judgment-free zone, and staff should be held to that standard both on and off the clock. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures members feel respected and safe here.

- RHRobyn HannaAug 1, 20254.0Amazing staff! Facility is very clean and has great equipment! Downside...only one lay down tanning bed, which has been out of commission for close to two months. If getting replacement bulbs is the actual problem, maybe invest in a new, upgraded bed??
