  The staff are very friendly, caring and they definitely know what they're doing. They are pretty fast too.

  I went to the Quest at tha Southgate Plaza not realizing u need a appointment or u will be sitting there for hourZ. I was told by my doctor that i could just go there and i will be seen, i checked in and my name was on tha screen as a stand-by, which means u aint guna be seen until all appointments are done, they take all appointments 1st, if i would have known that i would have made a appointment ahead of time, s0 I left about hour and 45 mins later, went home and made a appointment. They send you a code to sign in at the Kiosk when u go 4 your appointment. Tha lady at this location that did my test was very friendly n real quik with the process. I checked in at tha Kiosk and within a few minutes I was in and out with tha quickness. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Just came from a visit with them today. Service was stellar,Trina( hopefully I'm spelling it correctly) was attentive,patient and humorous. Most seamless blood drawing experience I've had! Loved the friendliness between staff too. Kudos

  Phlebotomist guite pleasant and personable..actually turned a dreaded experience into a tolerable one..ok, better than tolerable, lol
