  they have a new check in all animated no person to help or bypass if you have problems I had an appointment the rude person behind the locked door shouted "No walk-ins" I will NEVER go to this location again Delaware, Buffalo location poor service I left unsatisfied

  The technician that actually took my blood was beyond exemplary. However, the person that initially called my name was a bitter, bitter aggravating disappointment. I deliberately arrived at the center early in order that I could get in and out and on my way to work. The technician claims she called my name twice. However, I never heard her say a word. If she did in fact call my name twice and saw me sitting there, why did she not come and tap me on my shoulder to verify my name the second time she claims she called my name???

  The person who performed my services was very friendly and helpful. I brought in the wrong paperwork for my lab order and she was able to put my appointment on pause while I went to go get the proper paperwork. I wish I got her name... or remembered it (it was 5:40am). Either way, you don't see patience with service much these days. She easily could have told me to reschedule and come back another day. But instead, she made it work.
