- LRLori RussellJan 24, 20265.0My mother came a little over a week ago for sub-acute rehab. She's 92 with advanced dementia. The over all atmosphere is a little depressing but most long term care facilities are. The staff has been very friendly and helpful and they are taking very good care of my mom. They have been good about helping her call me when she gets very disoriented and scared, allowing me to calm her down. I have been pleased with our experience so far and feel comfortable about her well-being when I'm not with her.
