Gave the info ,went to ask where it was located inside the galleria mall and was hung up on, before i could even finish talking. I Received a 2nd phone call 10 mins before my appointment asking if I was coming? I told the lady yes and finally got to ask my question ,about where were they located? She answered. I walk in and was told immediately they do not accept my union insurances ? The inconsideration, of having someone drive all the way here just to tell me they dont accept my insurances, when she could of just said that on the phone. Not one apology just a dirty look and eye roll. Will not be recommending anyone I know here.
