I’m from out of town and had a rip in my contact lens and had to get new ones. The staff is amazing!!!!! If I was a local, I’d go here all the time!

I stopped in there a week ago hoping they could make my new lenses for my existing frames without me having to leave the frames. Sure enough, they were able to and it took less than a week for the lenses to arrive. I went back and in about twenty minutes my new lenses were cut to fit my frames. Easy process from start to finish.

I would do zero stars, but unavailable here. They lost my wife's glasses and kept telling us they were ready to ship. Started calling them when they said they would be in, kept being told that they were ready to ship so they did not have to admit their own stupidity. Do not go here for focal glasses, hell not for any glasses. They are to stupid to help follow up on the status of their products

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
