Dr Gentile was very thorough, careful in her examination, made sure I understood what was found and what to look for in the future, answered all my questions and concerns. Very very happy I went to Lenscrafters and that I was able to see Dr. Gentile. Highly recommend both

First, the technician performed our pre-tests together in the same room and discussed information in front of both of us. That was a clear breach of patient confidentiality and among the very basics every professional must pay attention to according to their training. Second, when she left with my husband to do other tests in another room, she asked him about where he's from and whether he belonged to a specific religion! Questions that were completely inappropriate and unprofessional. We were very uncomfortable with the experience and will not be returning.The eye care provider however seemed very nice and experienced.
- JJJustin JohnsonOct 31, 20255.0Where should I begin as I enlighten you all with my enchanting experience LOL you'll have to excuse my grammar I get jittery I've had more than one so I will say the last time I went to get my eyes checked was in the 2020 first time ever it was fantastic then fast forwarding 5 years later I decided I wanted to go in to LensCrafters and the Walden Galleria mall to get another update follow up with my vision the moment I arrived it was very comforting calm and very heartwarming my first experience was meeting the receptionist and specialist Sharon who captured me at heart with her wonderful personality Sharon was was quite rare of all gems she was fierce Hunty, extraordinaire gone with the Wind fabulous putting you at ease creating this hospitable environment to make you feel yourself! My second encounter was none other than incomparable Jesse Lee the optometrist at LensCrafters of the Walden Galleria Mall and when I tell you that girl is is a one woman force to be reckoned with I had my hopes to to originally meet Elizabeth danbrock (if I'm pronouncing her last name right) lol but I'm hoping in the near future we may meet for another vision examination! After having both my vision and retina checked there was no abnormality whatsoever which was a plus Finally my last encounter Javad he was very nonchalant and distinguished in his profession and quite informative if I do say so myself I feel as though his exuberance of great confidence have manufactured a great sense of customer satisfactory and then there was another lovely young lady who was sitting on the far left yesterday with a green hijab wearing glasses not for sure what her name was exactly but she seems very humble and humbleness and kindness is very hard these days to look for it's like looking for a needle in the haystack but above and Beyond everything this team of LensCrafters has raised the bar of great standards and I will highly recommend them to anyone I want to say as I bring this feedback to a conclusion thank you all I love you all and may God bless you as you continue to embark on this journey and may He bless every path within your reach take care of yourselves Faithfully in your service ~Justin Johnson~ PS I'm coming back to make an appointment or even if it's a walk-in to receive a PD
