The staff at the Hamburg location is excellent, they will take time to help you get examined, fitted, and on your way. The amount of attention that is given to every single customer is impressive. Perhaps the strongest selling point that goes overlooked is Hannah and her ability to handle children. She can put a nervous child at ease, and march them through the process. She understands that many younger kids may not know their alphabet entirely, or hesitate putting their face in front of a machine that puffs air. Aside from the comfortable atmosphere and hundreds of selections, Hannah is a standout practitioner.
