Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
I truly love these classes. I love that the instructors correct with each exercise. This makes sure, you do it correctly and helps prevent injury.

I moved back to Buffalo a couple years ago from NY, where I found my love for Pilates. It took me many years to find something that would motivate me like Barre 3 does. I’ve been doing barre for a year now, and I’m stronger and have more energy. I feel good knowing that I’m doing something for myself that would help me in my future. The community is great and the trainers are dedicated and very knowledgeable. My only regret is I wish I could have found them earlier. Six stars, honestly!
