    Barre3 is always a good time! It’s a challenging, sweaty work out that covers all of the bases-strength, cardio, balance, and breath work. I recommend it for anyone at any age as the instructors are very good at providing options and alternatives to each move. Give it a try!

    Holly’s barre class is truly the highlight of my week! She brings the perfect mix of energy, encouragement, and clear instruction that makes every workout feel empowering. I love how she challenges us while still keeping the class fun and welcoming. Her and Christine created such a supportive environment and I left feeling stronger, motivated, and excited to come back. Highly recommend taking a class at Barre3. 🤩

    I immediately fell in love with barre3 among joining the studio! From my first class until now I have felt welcomed, supported and encouraged. Jacki is the most welcoming person ever and I love seeing her everyday! Highly recommend classes taught by Holly, Rachel S, and Rachel G—all of the instructors are amazing. I can’t say enough great things about barre3! So lucky to have found this amazing studio 🧡

    I can’t say enough about Barre3! Everyone is beyond welcoming and the studio is impeccable and so cute! You can always count on encouragement from the instructors! They understand not everyone in the class is at the same level and give modifications for all of the exercises. It’s so NOT intimidating and a great workout! I am a regular in Holly’s 6am class! She is awesome and her class is a great way to get ready for my day! Thank you Holly! 😊

    I’ve been going to barre3 for a few months now and I look forward to every class! The workouts are fun and effective, combining strength training, cardio, stretching and mindfulness. Classes are definitely challenging (I’m often sore the next day!), but everything can be modified depending on your fitness level or how you’re feeling that day. I also appreciate that the studio keeps the temperature cool—it makes a big difference for me since I have a condition that causes me to overheat easily. The space is always clean and the instructors are encouraging and welcoming.
