A friend and I did the barre3 Signature 60 class tonight with Giavana and it was amazing. Such a nice mix of light cardio, focused & strength based movements and intentional stretching/breathing. Gia was great about proper form and was also super energetic and easy to understand. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a full body workout. It doesn't hurt that the studio is clean & beautiful too!
