  I have to give a big shoutout to Ray who exceeded my expectations of going to the ER and made what was an objectively embarrassing procedure a very smooth and comfortable process. The rest of the staff were also very kind. Thank you!

  I love NYU they know how to treat. Patient is very clean they respectful the doctors is nice. I don’t. I don’t mind going there. go to the clinic in NYU.

  Clean, efficient, empathetic. A long wait time but that's to be expected. Thank you for the help!!! First time in the ER, not as scary as I'd thought it would be.

  The ER was very busy and it took a while to get through my medical examination and be released, and I did spend 6 hours in a hallway, BUT the medical staff was superb and everyone treated me respectfully and with care, which is the most important thing in these situations. I’ve seen them treat even the most abrasive patients coming in in police custody with compassion and always deescalating and prioritizing the patients best interests. Thank you for serving our community.

  Doctors were very professional and answered all of my questions patiently (even though it was 2am). The facility was clean and modern. Overall I had a very positive experience.
