She was very knowledgeable about prescriptions and frames, explained everything clearly, and worked with us to find a great deal. We even received a discount, and the final price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, explained my options clearly, and made thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. It felt like he actually cared about getting it right, not just making a sale. What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. Nothing was rushed, and I never felt pressured.
