I was there a week ago, the technician name Alyssa B. She told me that I don’t need to checked in, just walk in after I returned to dropped off the specimen. So I returned yesterday dropped off a specimen, got the check in number at 12:30pm. After 1pm when everyone was gone, and I’m the only one there, I asked the technician when I will be called, she asked me again did I checked in? I told her YES! When she first told me @12:30pm to clicked on help at the screen and choose delivered the specimen, I got the number 102. She turned around asked the other lady, sis did you see the number on the screen, the other lady told her NO! I told them I could show the proof. She said just do it again, after I clicked again got a new number 103 the other lady called me in, I left the place at 1:20pm… closed to an hour wait time for me to dropped off a specimen.
The place has horrible signal and doesn’t even offer free Wi-Fi…
The TV is working, offering patient to watch news and listen to quest diagnostics commercial. It would be nice if they can offer a screen that shows who are on the list of waiting…
