  I come to this location because it is in the same building of my Primary Care Doctor.You make appointments online or call in.Be there 30mins before your appointment ,and you shouldn't have eaten any breakfast.Checking is easy and fast.The person taking your blood,is very friendly,and caring.That's one of the main reasons as well why I come to this location on Nostrand Ave and Ave S.There is parking for staff and also patients ,as long as there is space available in the lot.But there is also metered parking as well .

  I did mobile check in at 15 min before my appointment, i walked into place after 1½ hrs after waiting for a text to come in to office that NEVER came.. still have water another 45 min inside .th staff took others that arrived after me. Very unprofessional staff. When asked why I was being passed in line the staff said they text me to come in,they did not. .the staff said I missed my appointment . I showed them no text or notificationcame they still where rude and said they text me ...NO such text came ..No Call .. the staff is rude and unpleasant . While waiting the staff was rude to others as well
