  The best lab to get your blood drawn! The phlebotomists take extra care to work gently and with the utmost care. I've had only pleasant experiences here. You don't even feel your blood being drawn! I would highly recommend this lab to all who need.

  Awful experience here. Employee said they couldn't do some of the tests my doctor ordered. I told them to just run the tests they could do. She told me to call my doctor's office. I had to be put on hold for 20 minutes waiting even though the tests were previously run at the same location. I have never had any Quest location unable to run a test my doctor ordered, especially since it's a NATIONAL chain. Despite scanning my medical information up front, she still needed to re-scan it due to computerissues. Woman told me to stop yelling and said she can't even begin ANY test. Like it's my fault she couldn't do the tests my doctor ordered. She then refused to take my blood and asked me to leave. Awful medical practitioners in a cluttered basement with worse customer service. Eastern block attitude and third rate care.

  Rob took my blood and I didn’t feel anything. The place is fantastic friendly staff.

  Great experience. I went there with a bit of fear considering the review. The phlebotomist who assisted me was amazing. She was kind, understanding and considerate. Honestly, I don’t think she knows how much of a difference that made in my day. It was the first time I left my house in 6 months due to agoraphobia. Her professionalism gave me courage to leave the house again. She was able to draw blood from my hand with ease. Used a 20g and went as gently as possible. The facility itself is located on the first floor of the building complex and it’s pretty warm. Probably good in the winter but try to go on a cooler day in the summer so that you don’t boil in the waiting room. Overall, great experience..just make sure to go in the AM (like 8 am).

  Приходила с дочкой сдавать кровь. Зарегистрировались и через 5 минут, нас приняли. Быстро, безболезненно всё сделали. Приятный, отзывчивый персонал. Рекомендую
