  Why do you have to wait and wait and wait just to drop off your specimen??? Can it be different kind of process for this?!

  I had a decent experience when I came to this location in the past. So I thought I'd give this location a try. I walked in at 4:45pm the lady said I couldn't have 1 little blood draw and that they were closing. Online Quest locations have their last appointments at 4:50pm. I'm not pleased at all. I wasnt asking her to move mountains. Just 1 blood draw during business hours. Now I have to change my whole schedule around tomorrow. C'est la vie I guess. If they close at 4:45pm they should really put that on the website.

  The technician, Terry Ann I believe is her name, was excellent! She was courteous and professional plus she made efforts to contact my doctor's office to ensure all information and codes were correct to save me money on my lab work. She has the perfect demeanor and attitude to do the profession she has chosen and it makes for a much more pleasing patient experience.
