  As long as you make an appointment, you are seen quickly. The phlebotomists are gentle and kind. On site parking is the cherry on top.

  Quest is the best! Amazing patient portal and the best is the quickness of the results. I was a walk in and was told that I had to wait for over an hour. I nonetheless did not mine. After inputting all my information into the kiosk, I had a seat. It was less than 10 minutes when my name was called. I was greeted politely as usual and I was taken care of. In less than 25 minutes, I was out of the facility. Their system is great!

  so it took a while bc i was a walk-in and so i had to wait for the folks w appointments to be seen, but 5 stars! the staff is smart and efficient, even working around The System to accommodate you/ me / the customer, and, i think, themselves bc they are smart enough to know that that way everyone wins. the blood draw was the gentlest kindest i'd ever experienced in my 67 years. i did not get her name. but she knows who she is. thank you thank you!

  DO NOT COME AS A WALK IN!!!! ITS APPOINTMENT ONLY! Waiting 2 hours to possibly still not be seen because appointments are priority and continue to bump walk ins back in line.
