  I had an appointment at 10:30 on a Saturday, I showed up and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Claudette was my phlebotomist and she was great! Would definitely suggest scheduling an appointment as I had overheard someone came in as a walk in and was waiting for over an hour

  I was seen quickly, and the person who drew my blood, while slightly gruff, was extremely gentle.

  Claudette was amazing. I had to have blood drawn on 2 occasions and my first experience she was warm, super fast and her delicate fingers were so great I had no idea she was finished before I realized she started. The second occasion the snow storm had her working solo. She came out and apologized to everyone for any delay. But there wasn’t any- Again even though there was a few people in front of me she got us all done quickly and most people would be grumpy to be working solo but she had the sunniest disposition, was again so smooth with my blood draw. I highly recommend her and this location.
