  Two times I had a meeting scheduled and both times I had to wait over 45 minutes. They have 3 patients scheduled at the same time, which they clearly can't handle. The nurses are very nice and professional though.

  The wait time is excessive, aprox 1 hr with a reservation. The booking system doesn't work as the appointments are made 10 minutes apart and there is not enough staff.

  Quest Diagnostics in general is so much worse than LabCorp. When I came here the system was down and I had to wait for 1 hour before I could be served. Very annoying; do not recommend Quest in general

  I had an amazing experience today thanks to Iwona 🥹 She was so kind and helpful, she made my experience so much better. I’m so so grateful to her ⭐️ I was scheduled early in the morning and I’d definitely recommend booking the earliest appointment to avoid waiting in line.

  Each time is a terrible experience. The workers are great and doesn’t seem like they working under good conditions. Not enough workers for such a busy location. Wait time is always at least 30 more mins. My criticism is to the company.
