  I have been going to Quest for years. Best place to do your blood work, etc. The staff are very polite. No complaints.

  扎针非常不专业 ，扎完针当天肿了连续四天针口 青一块紫一块一个不知道什么玩意的类似西班牙女员工非常不专业 扎针还打电话📲缺乏专业技术 严重怀疑她是无证上岗。

  The place is horrible,I came in at 0705am for 0740 appointment,have been sitting here for almost 1.5hour with 4 people ahead of me.There is only one person working and appointments time you booked is a joke,because nobody keeps the appointment time .Stay away from this location,the Bay Ridge location is much more efficient.The technician was very good in drawing blood.

  I don’t have a single complaint. Tamika, my lab tech, was absolutely wonderful—kind, patient, and communicated everything clearly. I’ve always been bad with needles, but she made me feel so safe and comfortable. She truly made the whole experience stress-free. I’m very grateful for her care and professionalism.
