  One of the most professional places to go and get your blood work done in Brooklyn, New York. Nurses are so sweet and caring its a pleasure going there for any test.

  This was my second visit to the Quest location in East New York, and once again, the experience was smooth. Scheduling through their website was simple, and check-in at the kiosk was quick and easy. My wait time was minimal, which I appreciated. I prefer booking early morning appointments before 10 a.m. since the patient load gets heavier later in the day. My phlebotomist was professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with—overall, a pleasant visit. The waiting room could be larger. A few of us had to stand in the hall or you can wait outside the building.

  Conveniently located, I came to do a employer drug screen. Even though it says online that it's possible to do one here that is not true. This location does not offer drug screens. But the woman I spoke to was very sweet, hence why I am giving this location three stars.

  I wish I could give this location a zero. The three lab attendants are so unprofessional and rude. There were three patients waiting in the lobby and we could hear them chatting loud with each other and one of them saying 'take that girl in the waiting room'. No respect, nothing professional in their way of conversation. When they were finally ready to call us, they skipped me because I did the phone check it-ridiculous right? The phone check it literally asked you to wait in the car and you will receive a text when they are ready. I went in as soon as I got the text but the attendant kept arguing with me that since I was not in the waiting room when she texted me, then others go first. These people does not represent quest diagnostics at all.
