  I did a walk in on April 7 at 8:43. I sat until about 10:47 when I realized numerous people were being called before me. I was informed by one nurse it can take over 4hours which is ridiculous. She continued to say they needed to take the patients who had appointments before mine. The older ladies walked in for appointments after 2pm and were called to the back. Their system allows you to check in without an appointment and it seems as though the nurses are not aware of this. If they do not take patients without appointments this system and policy should be fixed. The nurse named Dali proceeded to say I can just leave because it will be a long wait even when I continuously asked how maybe people were ahead of me and can I just be notified when my name was called after I leave. The Ralph location is unorganized and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to go there or go back myself. I asked to speak with a supervisor and waiting over an hr and they still never came out.

  Terrible service. Not only is the place dusty and gloomy but so are the staff. No one at the front desk, only a kiosk. So good luck addressing any questions or issues. Attempted a walk-in with our newborn for a high urgency test, only for the staff member to turn us down despite the referral. Made an appointment, came in, kiosk incorrectly said we were too late and forced us as a walk-in. The restrooms were horrible, literally no toilet paper or paper towels and it was disgusting. Careful, if you come here to get tested for something you might leave with something else due to how unsanitary the office is.

  i scheduled for 12:10 pm, arrived at 12:09 pm, and still got told i was late. they’ll only gaslight you and make you wait an hour regardless. spare your time and go get tested somewhere else.
