Dear Quest Diagnostics Management,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a persistent and distressing billing issue caused by repeated clerical errors at multiple Quest Diagnostics locations.
In February and March of 2025, lab technicians at your facilities failed to properly verify my patient details. Despite my information being "verified" during my visits, incorrect data was moved forward for insurance claims. Because this information did not match my insurance records, the claims were denied.
This situation escalated when I received a call in October 2025 from an individual claiming my bills had been sent to collections. Prior to this, I had received no bills or emails from Quest. Upon contacting your customer service, I discovered that Quest had been mailing bills to an incorrect address—an error that multiple representatives failed to catch during several verification calls.
Between October 2025 and April 2026, I have spent countless hours on the phone with both Quest and my insurance provider, including a conference call to resolve the discrepancy. Despite an insurance check being issued and then returned as undeliverable due to the incorrect address, the matter remains unresolved.
Due to the significant mental distress caused by this six-month ordeal and the lack of accountability from your staff, I have ended up paying the balance myself simply to protect my credit and end the constant back-and-forth. It is unacceptable that a patient must bear the burden of Quest’s inability to accurately record and verify basic contact information.

This is my second time visiting this Quest Diagnostics location, and I truly love the professional and fast service they provide. I’m actually happy to come here because of the positive atmosphere and the wonderful staff.

I never had such a good blood test! The nurse was very nice to me , and i did not feel ever before in other places as good as here by Quest.

Very nice staff. Little to no wait time. Marcia and Malika are very friendly and gentle when taking blood. They are very patient and caring.
