  absolutely terribly run. had a 12:30 pm appointment and no one ever saw me as they kept just taking in the walks ins and telling me I would be next (I was not next, they just kept taking walk ins). Then they took someone with a 1:30 pm appointment and left me waiting. Had to leave as I work and have work obligations and they never saw me in my booked time (took my lunch break to get my blood test drawn).

  Great experience! Check in on the phone is easy, I waited for 2 mins and then my lab tech Krystal took me back. She was the best!!!! I'm very afraid of getting my blood drawn and she was so friendly, funny, and put me at ease. It went very quick. Krystal, thank you!!!!!

  I had a 1:40 Appointment.. got there early (overestimated how long it would take me to walk) signed in early. They called me at 1:39 and was done by 1:42. Staff was most professional.

  Shakira was so professional and lovely. She worked with me when my DR forgot to send the orders and patiently helped me make a new appointment for the next day. She drew my labs with absolute precision. No pain at all. Highly recommend requesting her for all your blood work.

  This was my first time at this Quest location and I wasn't disappointed. Check in was easy via a text I received on my phone. Wait time was very reasonable considering the amount of people in the waiting room and the Lab Tech who took my blood, Elaine, was the best thing about this location. I hate needles of any kind and Elaine was very friendly and conversant which put me very much at ease. She was also gentle and professional and I felt minimal discomfort despite her needing to draw numerous vials of blood. I would definitely recommend this Quest location if it is convenient to you and I will most certainly be visiting this location myself again.
