Anna Zhong was amazing, great bedside manners, listened carefully, asked questions, and provided professional guidance. The front desk team was very professional making check-in fast, they addressed you by your name and were very helpful with post-visit check-out. Kudos to the scheduling team on the phone, y’all rock! She has the best bedside manner and you can tell she absolutely cares about her patient; she listens to my concerns and give the best opinions and advice on how to proceed. The nurses here have also been great, they know what they are doing and are so nice.
