She spent nearly 10 minutes chatting with the person ahead of me, but was abrupt and immediately dismissive with me thereafter when I needed to make a follow up appointment, which is especially unhelpful in a cardiologist office! I've been to many other NYU Langone locations throughout the city and the bedside manner is severely lacking at this one.
