- ARAlexandra ReedMar 29, 20221.0The doctors may be good, but the women at the front desk are very inefficient! They over-schedule patients more than the doctors can handle. I had an appt today that took me more than 3 months to get because they canceled it and pushed twice! My appt was at 10, I got there at 9:30. At 10:20 I asked how much longer to be seeing, they said there were 2 people ahead of me, but they should call me in about 10min. At 10:45 I asked again, and this time they said there were 3 people ahead of me. I told them I have to be at work in Queens by 12:30 and couldn’t waste my time any longer. Not going to that place again, not because of the doctors, but because of the inefficiency and rudeness of the front desk people!
