Such a great experience with this location. I’ve been a customer for two years now and it was a great choice to start using LensCrafters for my vision needs. They have great deals, great services and the staff is friendly, attentive and very professional. I had a great experience working with Ish-shanae at the Court St location. She took the time to walk me through the process, make sure the glasses I chose were a perfect fit, educated me on the different type of lenses, transitions & the features that could be added to my lenses (UV protection, etc). The selection of frames are amazing as well. I will definitely continue patronizing the business.

I used to be a patient for over 10 years and the new staff act as though they do not care for customers and their needs. Everyone has a job to do and they need a refresher on professionalism and empathy. I miss the old crew. I don't think that I will be back. My vision is still not what they told me. No change at all. I miss Dr. RICKY!

Dr. Wang was a pleasure, very professional and very kind. Would absolutely visit with her again. Cloyde in the shop also gave me an 11/10 customer experience. My man brought over an assortment of styles per his recommendation, which all fit my exact style, one of which i did end up going with. We also shared in some very pleasant conversation about One Piece when he was ringing up my purchase. Overall I could tell I was going to be taken care of the second I walked in the door. All employees were kind and welcoming. Thanks everyone!

I went into the store to start an exchange and try on new glasses. This was my first time ever buying glasses. The gentleman manager with gold Prada glasses should not be in customer service. He was condescending in explaining the process even when I showed him on the website on the bottom of my Order “not happy? Find a store to start return or exchange.” I took the day off to get this done because I need the glasses. I work in customer service and I would never speak condescendingly to someone who is new to the process. He didn’t offer to help me find new glasses instead talked down to me about how he can’t help me despite the Website and me asking for help. I left more angry and embarrassed than I’ve been in years. I walked out in tears. If it’s a new process help the person navigate it and find the right item.

I ordered contact lenses and was called and told that my lenses were ready for pickup. When I went to the office, no one could find them. That alone was unacceptable. A month later, I called again to follow up, only to be told that my trial lenses had actually arrived a month earlier, and that no one would have been able to tell me because they “didn’t know” I had trial lenses. That excuse is ridiculous. I placed the order through your office. Your staff should absolutely know what was ordered, what was pending, and what I was supposed to receive. Telling a customer that you had no way of knowing what they ordered, when the order was made directly through you, is not just disorganized, it is incompetent. What made this even worse was the way I was treated on the phone. Instead of taking accountability for the confusion and lack of communication, the woman I spoke with was rude, hostile, and yelling in my ear about some internal process that had never been explained to me. I should not have to be yelled at to learn about a process your office failed to communicate in the first place. This entire situation reflects extremely poor customer service, poor recordkeeping, and a complete lack of professionalism. I wasted my time coming into the office for lenses that no one could locate, then had to chase down answers a month later, only to be met with attitude and blame-shifting. No customer should be treated this way.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
