  Clean office and Dr Goodall was very friendly and professional, but the rest of the experience was awful. I was told to get a CT and an appointment was scheduled for me. Insurance denied the claim and when I reached out to this office I never received a helpful response. I tried 5 times to schedule a follow up appointment and was repeatedly told the office was clearing things with my insurance and that they would reach out to me to schedule an appointment and CT. They never did and would not return messages or calls. I was able to speak with someone helpful about once and even then never received a follow up. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable, I would warn anyone to stay away from this office as the administration clearly doesn't care about patients even the slightest. I would report this office if I was able. Very unfortunate because Dr Goodall seemed like she was going to be able to help me and I would've liked to be a returning patient.

  They will make you use this stupid iPads to sign in and ask you to scan your palm for fast check in. They will display ads during the sign in process. They will make you sign 10 different forms. And they will bill you before you even see a doctor. If you’re ok with all of this then this is the place for you. Doesn’t help that the receptionist has the least amount t of energy I’ve seen in a human.

  I tried to get my IUD here and was told the turn around would be 7-10 days from the initial consultation. I ended up waiting TWO MONTHS with no word from from the doctor. I called multiple times with little to no help. The final time I called, I was told my doctor was now on maternity leave and the woman on the phone laughed when I shared my situation. I have PMDD and my IUD is expired, I need it changed. They were so rude and incompetent. Do you not go here if you need ONGYN care.

  I didn’t like their Cellphone use policy. They restricted use of cellphones ok but they stoped your independent of public right. They have one hotspot for internet use which is also have no internet. If somebody have emergency what should they do? Get out of the building and make a call then comeback again? Please fix the internet issue asap. This not a CIA or FBI headquarters. Its an hospital. People have their right to use of phone or make a call for emergency needs.
