Worst in store experience ever
Sales people don’t care about you and show 0 initiative
They made me come back 3 times just to tell me that they did not have the model I wanted in stock
Also, it’s impossible to reach the store on the phone which is crazy
Too bad because the glasses they have are cool but the in store experience is terrible

The guy helping me today was super friendly and helpful! He chose really stylish frames that I would not have went for if I were browsing alone - I ordered the two he chose even after trying many on my own. Great experience :)
Consider asking if they can replace the prescription lens within 6 months. I've been a long time customer and I'm not sure if they do this anymore if you buy online.
