- WWWanderBot1 day ago1.0Experience with staffs at store was great as far as I remember. But I called in today because I have an old WP frames with scratched lens that I bought 6 years ago. The frame is in great,shape though. I just wondering how much will it cost for the lens replacement and if they can roughly estimate the price. The lady on the phone was asking about my order number, I said it was a long time ago. She asked my email. I gave her and she probably couldn't find it. She asked about my last 4 digit of credit card and I'm starting to lose my patience. So she ask about my shipping address instead. At that point I just realized that I have no time to play "guess who" with her just to ask for the price. I decided to throw the frame out instead. Life is a lot easier this way.
