Hollis was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. When I tried on the glasses I picked on the internet, they didn't look quite right, he was able to suggest a pair that gave me the look I was after and made the ordering process easy breezy. He is a credit to the kind of service you can expect at Warby Parker. Thanks Hollis

The salesperson, Hollis, is extremely pleasant and helpful. He brought out various colors of the frames that I was interested in. He also explained all the details of my purchase. I had a very positive experience. I highly recommend the Warby Parker Flatbush Avenue store.

I was welcomed by a team member and after explaining that I was browsing for new frames, I was left alone (just as I wanted) to leisurely do so until I was ready to make my purchase which took less than 10 minutes. This is the nearest location to home and my third time making a purchase. Excellent service every time.

Today, myself and my brother visited the Warby Parker location on Flatbush Ave in Brooklyn, Ny. I had previously visited this location and had made a prior purchase . The purpose of this visit was to purchase eyewear for myself. My brother had accompanied me to assist in chosing a frame. As soon as we entered, we received a warm greetings from Sales Associate, Christian. Christian was incredibly professional and efficient. Due to the awesome customer service skills Christian displayed, I as well as my brother purchased eyewear. Christian, thank you for helping us choose the perfect eyewear. This location will continue to be my Warby Parker go to.

Angelica and Janae Deserve the Credit—Not Warby Parker's Policies The only reason I’m giving 5 stars today is because of Angelica and Janae (I hope I’m spelling their names correctly). Angelica took the time to actually listen and escalate my issue, and Janae followed through with practical, real solutions. If not for them, I would’ve walked out and never returned to Warby Parker. Thanks to their efforts, I ended up spending nearly $800. Without them, Warby Parker would’ve lost both that sale and a long-time customer. That said, the direction this company is heading is deeply frustrating. Forcing customers to buy entirely new frames just to update a prescription—simply because their existing glasses no longer appear in your system—is a terrible, self-serving greedy policy. Let’s call it what it is: a cash grab. If you choose to change internal systems or policies, the cost shouldn’t be pushed onto the customer. And removing access to past purchases? That’s not just inconvenient—it’s shady. It’s starting to feel like Warby Parker prioritizes shareholders over the very people who built the brand: your customers. You’re extremely fortunate to have employees like Angelica and Janae. They did what your policies couldn’t—retain a loyal customer. Give them a raise! All the staff I've interacted with over the years at the Flatbush Warby Parker are professional and kind, but it shouldn't fall on them to compensate for the company's questionable business practices.
