It felt like the entire staff was pitching in to guide me through the many choices available, providing honest and insightful feedback on frames I was considering. I received especially personalized feedback and help from Lela, who put significant effort into making all my options clear, searching for alternative selections not out on the floor, and customizing suggestions that fit my face and overall style (if style is even what you’d call it). I wasn’t able to finalize the purchase because I needed to check on my prescription status, but when I do return, which will be soon, I hope she gets credit for the sale because she did all the heavy lifting involved in finally getting me to my decision point after much indecision on my part. Warby Parker should make sure to do whatever is necessary to keep such a motivated, creative, and engaging salesperson at the company.
