  Clean, efficient, empathetic. A long wait time but that's to be expected. Thank you for the help!!! First time in the ER, not as scary as I'd thought it would be.

  The ER was very busy and it took a while to get through my medical examination and be released, and I did spend 6 hours in a hallway, BUT the medical staff was superb and everyone treated me respectfully and with care, which is the most important thing in these situations. I’ve seen them treat even the most abrasive patients coming in in police custody with compassion and always deescalating and prioritizing the patients best interests. Thank you for serving our community.

  Doctors were very professional and answered all of my questions patiently (even though it was 2am). The facility was clean and modern. Overall I had a very positive experience.

  NYU Langone Health based on my mother's recent visit to the emergency room. From the moment she arrived, the staff provided exceptional care, making her feel welcomed and safe during what can be a stressful time. The medical team was attentive, compassionate, and efficient in addressing her needs. One heartwarming aspect of her visit was that she encountered a good friend of mine who was working as a security guard there, Italian light skin girl It had been months since I had seen her. and it was nice to know she was part of such a reputable institution. Although I later learned she has moved on to a new opportunity in warehouse stvle retail while also attending a prestigious university,

  Service was quick however i was badly misdiagnosed! I had a rash on my right side and complained about chest pain on that side, they did xray to check the breast i was complaining about, did some blood work but failed to check for Shingles!!! They said they did see anything and that i was perfectly fine sent me home quickly pain got worst so i went to my pcp and she ran tests turned out it was Shingles. Chatgpt did a better job at the diagnosis! Don’t get me wrong the doctors were super nice but this shouldn’t have happened!
