I always take my child there for his regular visits. I Don’t know what happen to this place. The service is going down. I don’t expect this at all from NYU. This place is so crowded unbelievable. I went there recently dec 18. There is no place to seat or stand in the waiting. Lot of kids are sick coughing, that’s how virus spread on kid to another. for the first time we had to wait almost 2 hour. I don’t understand if you don’t have space why you over booking patient. Its seem like management issue. Plus they were giving gifts out to specific children. I don’t know how you guys think it’s very unfair and disrespectful giving few kid Christmas gift and not giving to other children in the waiting area. I’m totally disappointed with this place management. Only one thing good about this place is their doctor. Doctor are very nice and professional. That’s why I go there otherwise I would avoid this place.

This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a medical office. The receptionists are rude from the moment you walk in, and the entire front-desk process is completely disorganized. There’s no separate checkout area, so you have to stand in the same line as people checking in, which makes everything take twice as long.
The doctor was actually very nice, but the staff makes the whole visit stressful. I couldn’t even get a simple doctor’s note by email, fax, or through the NYU app. They told me I had to physically come back to the office just to pick it up. I’ve worked in multiple healthcare offices and have never seen anything like this. To make it worse, they told me to reach out to the doctor myself to see if I can get the doctor’s note other than in person. Completely unprofessional.
I would not recommend this office

The best staff all the time all the staff from main reception to the physician are of exceptional level of care , this place never disappoints me and my last visit with Dr. Patricia was amazing she took care of everything gave all the information , treatment and follow up. She is the example of how physicians should be .Never feel rushed or stressed although the clinic was really busy .
